<p>You will then see a graphic picture of your phone display.  Each feature has a description of the function it performs.  Some of the most common features include:<br />
&nbsp;<br />
<strong>call-appr</strong> – this is the feature which allows you to pickup incoming calls<br />
&nbsp;<br />
<strong>last-numb</strong> – dials the last dialed number.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
<strong>call-pkup</strong> – this button allows you to pick up a call that is ringing in your group.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
<strong>call-fwd</strong> – activates or deactivates call forward option]<br />

<strong>bridg-appr</strong> – enables the phone to appear as a different extension.  It is often used for secretaries and assistances to answer calls directed at their manager.  See Bridged Calls for further information.<br />
