Programming Buttons
It is possible to program a telephone feature on any of the buttons available on a particular telephone.
Buttons can be changed by using ‘Change User’ located on the General tab and then ‘Buttons’ on this screen.

You will then see a graphic picture of your phone display. Each feature has a description of the function it performs. Some of the most common features include:
call-appr – this is the feature which allows you to pickup incoming calls
last-numb – dials the last dialed number.
call-pkup – this button allows you to pick up a call that is ringing in your group.
call-fwd – activates or deactivates call forward option]
bridg-appr – enables the phone to appear as a different extension. It is often used for secretaries and assistances to answer calls directed at their manager. See Bridged Calls for further information.
