While this guide is not meant to be a full manual of the Avaya PBX and phone system, I am hoping it can be used to by people with limited telephony experience, but may have to carry out some basic operations...
Emulator
For people who are use to using a terminal administrating the PBX using the emulator might be useful.
Click ‘Start Emulation’ from the Advanced menu to bring up the window. You may need to change the font to improve readability of the text. From the top menu, click ‘Tools’, then ‘Options’ and then the ‘Terminal Emulator’ button.
